Step into a world of wonder with Father Christmas and his magical elves in this unique, 20-minute immersive experience.
Enter the Enchanted Garden, and be welcomed by Jingles, the head elf who is busy preparing for your grand arrival.
With the elves’ expert guidance, families will stuff, seal, and create their very own teddy bears adoption certificate. A perfect moment for those festive photos.
Next, each family will join Father Christmas for a personal chat. Father Christmas, with his magical powers, will already know each child's name, their special achievements, and even details like their teacher's name! He’ll eagerly celebrate the year's highlights with your child. ( this information will be collected on arrival)
The experience culminates in a magical gathering as Father Christmas tells a short Christmas story, bringing each child’s newly-made bear to life.
To ensure every child enjoys quality, meaningful time with Father Christmas, each session is strictly limited to a very small number of families. Your interaction with father Christmas will be private with just your family group.
The workshop garden comes alive with theatrical lighting, beautiful scenery, and intricate details designed to make memories that will last a lifetime.

With beautifully crafted backdrops and plenty of photo opportunities, it’s the perfect chance to create unforgettable first memories.
Please Note:
This session is a special opportunity to meet Father Christmas to capture your little one’s first photo with him. There are no gifts included, and other families will also be enjoying the attraction at the same time.
While we welcome photographs of your family group, video recording is strictly prohibited. Thank you for respecting this policy to ensure a magical experience for all.

Each child can be accompanied by up to two adults.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot and wait outside the attraction entrance.
How will Father Christmas know my child’s name?
On arrival, you’ll complete a brief form with some basic details about your child to help make the experience personalized.
What should I wear?
Wrap up warm! The event takes place in a marquee, and while the waiting area is covered, it’s outside.
Does my child get a gift?
Yes! During the experience, your child will stuff a festive bear to take home.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, you can change your booking by following the link provided in your confirmation email. Date changes are subject to availability.
Can I take photos?
Yes, you’re welcome to take photos, but video recording is strictly prohibited.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
No, tickets must be pre-booked online. This ensures a smooth experience and allows us to personalize your visit. Be sure to book early, as spaces are limited!
